My current research covers different aspects of applied physics. I try to understand the behaviour of mechanical and electromagnetic waves in complex media, with the aim of designing devices and structures for the control of the energy carried out by these waves. Although I work on several problems simultaneously, recently my main interests are sensing and imaging applications at the micro and nano scale.
